One of the steps that we must learn to combat obesity is through exercise, for many people, including me, who do not believe in solutions purely related medical, exercise is the safest way to live a life free obese. As a boy, one of the most happy and most memorable moments of my life happened when I was learning to ride a bicycle, I have to say that I dropped the bike twice on that day, but I was being helped by a friend of mine, but in the end I also learned that day the ground and became pilot of my bike. Since I never miss any opportunity to get out in the open air and a walk to several bikes that I won.

Bicycling and cycling for people allows me to loosen up my muscles after a hard day’s work and curiosity, never worry about being overweight.
