As last reported the swine flu affected many schools and other places where public gather to serve or to get the services. The current situation is no better because still many countries are facing the problem at larger levels. Swine flu deaths have been controlled in many countries. China vaccinated is population with newly developed vaccine. Many countries do not have access to the medicines other than Tami-Flu which seems to be the only medicine available at this time. The winter is approaching in many Asian countries. It is being seen as the perfect ground for second wave of H1N1. Some cases have started been reported already. The first wave gave good time to the governments to react and find the solution. But it seems like lesson has not been learnt. Many people are being reported sick with H1N1 virus. It is the sole duty of the governments to provide the coverage to critical care and the mechanism to fight against the diseases at the large scale.
